The Astronomy of Our Astrology

A number of years ago I wanted to ‘see’ what my chart must have looked like when I was born. None of the classic astrological charts conveys that very real astronomical quality. So, I investigated into how to do this and found a picture of a solar system in one place and then a drawing representing the Houses in another place and then thought if I combined them together, I bet that would really well-describe my astronomical chart.

Here’s a picture of a solar system and a picture of the 12 slices of a pie that surround the earth which we call the Houses. Here’s a picture of the solar system which captures how all the planets are found revolving around the Sun. In this drawing the Sun’s in the middle, followed by Mercury, and

And then Venus and then the earth. You can even make out a little bit about the Moon which is so very close to the blue dot for the earth. The next dot, the red one stands for Mars and the next one Jupiter and the next Saturn.

Now, if we can put the 12 slices of the pie of the 12 Houses through the earth we can find the exact astronomical chart for ourselves.

And if you put these two drawings together you will get the astronomical drawing of our charts! Here’s a sample of this new integration which a website designer made for our website at Nature’s Astrology.

            In this drawing the Sun’s on the east horizon in what is called the First House in astrology. Mercury too, that green dot is also there within that first House. Venus is next, within this person’s 2^nd House, in that 2^nd slice below the Sun. After that comes the 3^rd slice or 3^rd House. You’ll see Mars too in a unique 4^th slice or the 4^th House.

            All the other planets are in the other Houses. Saturn is in the 7^th House on the western horizon. The Moon and Jupiter are in the 10^th House, straight above.

            Recently I found someone who can make some really fantastic artistic drawings of your astronomical chart. Some samples of these are listed below.

            I talked to the fine art, artist Laura Billington about making up some astronomy pictures of people’s astrology charts. Laura has been an artist for most of her adult life and when you see hear drawings in person, they’ll take your breath away.

            It looks like you’re seeing a Hubble telescope picture of the exact astronomy that was going on when you were born. You will see deeper insights into your chart, through seeing this astronomy of your astrology.

            Here’s a drawing she did for my chart. Even though I’d been studying my chart for decades, the moment I saw my chart through this medium, immediately other more subtle ahas came to mind.

I’m including here a copy of my chart so you can follow this reason as well as the wonderful artistic drawing. When you look at these drawings know that their clarity and breathtaking colors are even more enhanced when seen in person.

What I immediately see in this astronomical version is just how close to the earth my Jupiter and Mercury and Venus are. I see both why my better functioning Jupiter is a strong part of my life and also why these more dysfunctional Venus and Mercury planets are important as well.

One will see so many other subtle qualities and characteristics of one’s chart in this format that so often escapes our understanding when we’re looking at our typical, traditional charts.

Here’s the chart of another person’s and how her drawing and chart are so very unique and different.

In her drawing-chart, what she said she appreciated much more deeply by seeing her astronomical drawing of her chart was the so very close relationship between her Mars and Venus. See how her Mars and Venus are in the same slice of a pie which means they’re in the same House.

The relevance of this became so much more obvious to here by seeing her actual sky, astronomical chart.

Also, hear relationship between her very combust Mercury made a lot more sense to her from this drawing. You can see her Sun on the left side, in her 7^th House and her Mercury is right there, right in front of the Sun. “No wonder I find it hard to think sometimes” she commented.

We can have charts made for any human beings, important events in our lives or even wonderful spiritual people. Laura is right now making up a drawing for Albert Einstein and his wonderful astronomical chart drawing.

We can even have drawings made of our loving pets.

He’s a picture, chart and astronomical drawing for our wonderful Lhasa Apso poodle. His name is Moksha since we looked at his chart and found he was born with his all-important Jupiter in its Own Sign of Sagittarius!

Everything else about his chart too fits him.

He’s a very loving and affectionate animal due to his Moon and Venus being together in the same House. Also, his Moon was so very tiny, only 1 Sign/House away from his Sun which made him also extremely co-dependent! His Mars in Gemini characteristic really captures his always moving and changeable nature as well. Here’s a picture of Moksha. Next, check out his chart and his fine art drawing.

            Now, when you see his drawing you’ll see even more vividly all the qualities and characteristics of his chart and nature.

            His Jupiter is also with his Sun, both in Sagittarius which represents an extremely curious type of personality as well as all the other facets of his chart. We’ve framed his drawing and have it up on one of the walls in our house.

In this couple’s charts drawing they told me they could see their profound chemistry and spiritual relationship. One person’s Jupiter is so very close to the other person’s Saturn. Also, one of these people commented that when her ‘mate’ expresses wonderful knowledge and wisdom to her it so deeply affects her heart!

And, that you can see because her Venus, in the bottom left hand corner is so very close to her friend’s Jupiter!
